Min-Sung Kim is the Founder and Managing Partner of NGS Capital, a European investment firm investing in AI-enabled infrastructure across healthcare, cybersecurity and new defense.
He brings more than a decade of experience as an entrepreneur and venture capitalist, with leadership roles at Samsung Catalyst Fund, AllianzX, and XLHealth. Over the course of his career, he has invested nearly $100 million across all stages of venture capital, including early-stage, growth-stage, late-stage, and fund investments.
As the son of Korean immigrants to Germany, Min-Sung is driven by a lifelong conviction that access to capital, knowledge, and networks can unlock extraordinary potential. He is also a certified executive coach and co-founder of 2hearts, a non-profit organization supporting nearly 5,000 professionals with migration backgrounds in Europe's tech ecosystem.

He brings 15 years of experience building and scaling cybersecurity products. As CTO & Director at Intruder, one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity scale-ups, he leads the technology behind automated vulnerability scanning, attack surface management and proactive security solutions. Previously, he was Head of Software Development and Principal Software Engineer at Context Information Security (acquired by Accenture), where he led security software teams, built penetration testing and vulnerability scanning solutions, and advised high-profile clients on their cybersecurity strategies.
Patrick holds a PhD in Computer Science & Neuroscience from the University of Kent, where he specialized in artificial neural networks and applying machine learning to pattern recognition, a technical foundation that shapes how he evaluates AI-enabled security today.
